The third season of Chetana’s Institutes of Management & Research Good-to-Great Management Fest started off on 16th October, 2018. With the basic ideology of a holistic management learning, this unique inter-division event saw Team Alchemus (PGDM-Marketing) initiate with the first episode, “EXPERIENZA – The Future of Marketing”.
The pre-marketing days witnessed flash mob, memory wall, story writing & product re-marketing activities aimed at highlighting how brands are creating personalized experiences for customers in a similar fashion. The crown logo depicted that customer is always the king for any brand & the teaser video too showcased that brands are tapping into the feelings & emotions of customers for creating memorable experiences. Industry guest speakers for the day were Mr. Jyoti Krishna Singh, Creative Director, Pixburg & Mr. Alok Raina, Regional Manager, Bussan Auto Finance India Pvt Ltd.
Games like Sense the Sensation, Flip Card and Ultimate Tic Tac Toe had the crowd brimming with enthusiasm throughout the event. It was a complete experiential marketing based on current trends in marketing.

Chetana’s Institutes of Management and Research commenced the third season of its Good-to-Great Management Fest 2018. It is a festival with 360° learning and aims to deliver it with a healthy dose of competition.
On 17th October 2018, MMS (B) under the banner of team ‘Apollo’ had a theme called “LUMOS- Tamasoma Jyotirgamaya” which means to clear the dark skies and give out rays of sunshine. Guest of Honor and Judge for the event, Mr. Arvind Sinha - Chief Advisor & CEO of Business Advisors Group illuminated the event with his valuable inputs on management. The event featured activities such as Steal the Deal, Mind Benders and Symposium that tested students’ aptitude to sustain in the present ferociously competitive market.
The event was truly an insightful experience for the audience and the biggest takeaway of knowledge was survival techniques in the VUCA world.

After the successful execution of two enthralling episodes, Team Paladins (PGDM-C) of Chetana's Institutes of Management & Research hosted the third episode “EKATVA - It all starts with Us”. The selection of theme was based on one of the most fundamental principles followed in society as well as organizations - unity. The pre-marketing activities engaged the students of first year in activities that required them to work together and achieve the desired outcomes. The teaser video released a day prior left everyone reiterating that when people come together, they can definitely achieve great heights and that is what nations are built upon.
Held on 26th October, 2018, an Acquizition quiz made the participants put on their thinking hats, CodeMass, a puzzle game played by teams of two members each pushed them to think out of the box and the last activity, a Debate served as a platform to many good speakers to showcase their debating skills. The Guest of Honor for the event was Mr. Sameer Surve, CEO of Pathik Organization. Sponsored by SRL Diagnostics and Raj Rich Builders and Developers, EKATVA was successful in capturing the essence of unity, an important lesson in management.

Chetana’s Institutes of Management and Research held the third season of its inter-division management fest named Good-to-Great. In this event, students of six divisions showcased their multi-tasking abilities & skills to survive the VUCA world.
On 27th October 2018, PGDM(A) under the banner of team 'Magmar' had a theme “SIMMIS- sports in management, management in sports”. Guests of Honour and Judges for the event Dr. Prachi Shah Arora- Sports Physio of Indian Aquatics Team and Prof. Bharat Nadkarni - Management Education Practitioner took the audience through the journey of how sports plays an important role in everyone’s life and the relationship of sports with management studies.
Team Magmar conducted various enthralling events such as Dishahin, Twist n Turns and Brain O'thon. Participants were judged on their decision making, co-ordination and intellectual skills.
It was truly a management event with a sprinkle of entertainment. The event concluded with knowledge enhancement in students and an eagerness to make it more exciting in season four.

After four successful episodes by the students of Chetana’s Institutes of Management & Research, the baton of holistic management was handed over to Team Millennial (PGDM-B) who presented their episode, “SAMSARA – Millennials Paving their Way to Future” on October 27, 2018.
The theme rightly shed light on how imperative it is for the Gen X to redirect the under-performing Indian economy on the right track and take the nation to greater heights. The pre-marketing activities conducted by PG-B included Word Jumble and Treasure Hunt. The logo for the event was a lotus flower that stands as a symbol of strength, perseverance and fortune. The event began with an interesting flash mob performed by the students of PG-B which received a big applause from everyone. The activities lined up for the day, Susanvaad, Help me Help you, and an innovative concept of ProQuest Presentation enabled the students to showcase a plethora of management skills. The event was concluded by thanking the sponsors Dr. Bubbles, Buddies Spot, The Momo Factory, Baskin & Robbins, Thyme & Amresa Salon.

Chetana’s Institutes of Management and Research commenced its sixth and final episode of Season 3 of its inter-division Good-to-Great Management Fest.
On 2nd November 2018, MMS (A) hosted the event under the banner of team ‘Catalancers'. The theme for the event was “SWASHBUCKLER- Transforming Ideas Into Reality”. Ensuring an overall theme on entrepreneurial aptitude in Chetana’s, games such as Nivesh Niti - to create a virtual business idea, Rolling Fortune and Creatilligence- a product designing activity engaged the audience throughout the event.
Guest of Honour for the day was a Women Achiever Award holder Ms. Nabomita Mazumdar. She is among Top 10 Thought Leaders to Future of Work as declared by Blue Jeans Network and among Top 25 Most Influential Women on Twitter. Ms. Nabomita Mazumdar took the audience through her life journey, sharing various innovative ideas and gave the audience a motivational message of never to be scared in exploring ideas and treading the untraveled paths.
The event was a thorough motivation for students to think out of the box and develop various entrepreneurial skills for facing the ever changing market requirements.
